Take Flight was inspired by a decade of training at the top. The program incorporates 12 weeks of fat burning, 30-minute workouts, for all levels of fitness designed around a number of exercises that made Greg Rutherford an Olympic Champion.
Greg tells me that –
“About a year ago, I got together with Andrew to have a conversation to put together the thought process on how something like this could work.”

This is met with laughter (although more out politeness I sense rather than for my comedic performance) but Greg does go on to tell me:
